EPV CLOSES ON $77.5 MILLION IN NEW FINANCING
Energy Photovoltaics, Inc. (EPV), a leading solar technology company that designs and manufactures thin-film photovoltaic modules, announced today that it has closed on $77.5 million of senior secured notes that are convertible into common stock of EPV.
