A New International Climate Change Framework for U.S. Energy Security
Yesterday President Bush announced U.S. support for an effort to develop a new post-2012 framework on climate change by the end of 2008. The plan recognizes that climate change must be addressed in a way that enhances energy security and promotes economic growth.
